Refund and Replacement Policy

Duration:
The replacement policy is applicable for a duration of 2 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, customers may request a replacement for products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet the specified requirements. To initiate a replacement, customers must contact Mobify Customer Support within the stipulated timeframe.

After the 2-day period has elapsed, no replacement requests will be entertained. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered products promptly and notify Mobify of any issues within the specified timeframe.

Refund Disclaimer:

Refunds are not applicable for products purchased through Mobify. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Mobify reserves the right to deny refund requests, except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions may be made in cases of proven fraud, unauthorized transactions, or as required by consumer protection laws. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and accompanied by appropriate evidence to be considered.

Mobify may, at its sole discretion, offer replacements or credits in lieu of refunds.

 

Conditions for Free Replacement

Free replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

(a) The item received is physically damaged at the time of receipt of the package.

(b) The item received has missing parts or accessories.

(c) The item received is different from the item(s) ordered.

(d) The item received is defective or not working properly.

Evidence Requirement for Replacement

To initiate a replacement for the mentioned conditions, customers must provide ample evidence, including an unboxing video, photographs of the item, etc.

Replacement Procedure

(i) If the same item is not available in stock for free replacement, it will be replaced with another product variant of the same or higher price.

(ii) If no such stock is available, a refund will be initiated.

Process to Claim Replacement

To claim a replacement, please contact us at +91 9244551515 and send the necessary details, screenshots, videos, etc., to "info@mobify.co.in". If your order is eligible for replacement, we will arrange reverse pickup from your location. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned.

Limitation of Liability

Mobify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the replacement process.

This Replacement Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
